All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the item is dropped off with shipping partner, all responsibility it passed onto customer & shipping partner. We will not process refunds for orders lost or stolen.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
